This website is owned and operated by Production Assistance LLC. We are a production services company based in Cleveland, Ohio. This website is dedicated to our backline services.

OK, story time...
On a steady stream of local crew work, cartage services and being one of Cleveland's 'go-to' backline technicians, Tommy Stazzone formed Production Assistance in 1989.
Noticing the need for a dedicated backline company in the Cleveland, Akron and Canton areas, an inventory of backline equipment soon followed.
For the past 35 years, Production Assistance has been fortunate enough to provide backline for some of the biggest concerts, productions and events in northeastern Ohio and beyond. Backline is our mainstay - so much so, that we've built this website dedicated to our backline service.

let's talk about BACKLINE
Our inventory includes the industry's most popular and commonly requested items, down to the most obscure ancillary requests found on today's backline riders. After 35 years in business, our inventory has grown to include some of the finest vintage and boutique pieces available.
All of our backline gear is prepped, cleaned, tuned and tested before it goes on the truck. Our service includes delivery, set-up and tear down if needed, and always includes an onsite tech.
We also stock a complete line of incidentals to cover the everyday needs of the musicians we serve. Guitar tech items, including effects pedals, strings, and guitar parts, a vast selection of drum heads and drum tech supplies, and a wide collection of keyboard stands and accessories.
